I'm as "FRUSTRATED" as the rest but it has
only been a month or so. Trying to look at
the glass half full side. As we said before
there are so many ways to work a deal. Way
beyond what I know. If the deal is off I
would hope we would here about it. So hearing
nothing from that point of view doesn't mean
all is bad. He did tell us quite time which I"m
sure all company's big or small go through
when trying to sort out a deal. There's allot
of doting the I's and crossing the T's.



I do think the big block that sold is for tax
write off IMO
