It doesn't matter if LRS paid for the machine or not, 100% of ECOS's share of any mark-up on the first 8 machines had to stay in the JV as ECOS's capital contribution to the JV? ECOS only contributed $100 cash to the JV. So no NET INCOME on the mark up of machines was ever to go to ECOLOCAP until after 8 machines had been purchased. It's all in the agreements filed 2 years ago?
