The Terraplenish is obviously made from the liquid that's squeezed out before the bulk of the organic waste proceeds to the digester. Terraplenish probably adds their own proprietary microorganisms to the squeezed liguid, at another location, before shipping it to their customers.
So any NET PROFITS from compost sales and the processing of the 'raw' liguid would be shared by ECOS and LRS under the terms of the JV agreement of 2 years ago (if it still exists)?
