You're right, I missed the last couple paragraphs in the video when I was pausing and progressing the video.

Regardless, we don't know that QMC is paying for this. One of the large investors could potential pay for it.

We do need more investor awareness that this investment exists. Per the last OTCQB certification, there are less than 300 shareholders. That's not even close to being a acceptable level to allow for liquidity or to signify that investors are aware of this investment opportunity.
