Correct, but what that time is, and why are the unknowns. Mark adamantly states that the timeframe for dropping fins is not dependent on the Taub case. It's probably true that fins are not dependent on court case resolution; however, filing until resolution of that case may not be most prudent. The lack of info on Pacer re. the case tells me that there is no decision from the judge yet. However, there may be on-going unofficial communication between the judge and both parties to resolve the issues being litigated. If resolution is reached, then we never see a judgement rendered, but we get a PR announcing the settlement of the case. Then maybe we see fins.
