Not to be blunt, but IMO the press-release means absolutely nothing. We all know what's going on and the release is nothing more than an advertisement or even propaganda (sorry if I'm being too blunt).

We all know that we're going to win the PTAB and it's not going back to the CAFC. The question is how will the stock rise. It's only going to rise when we get a settlement (several months away) or we get more investors. As of now, the investors aren't going to be from institutions, but from only retails like us.

I think with the amount of volume we've had today and it still holding at .25 is a great sign. I think it shows that there are some (or a lot) of retails out there that have deep pockets. If people are getting scared and selling, it looks like there are retails with a ton of money willing to buy because they know what a great opportunity this stock is (my reality as a retail is that $50k is my budget. Other retails reality might be that $500k is their budget). It's only a guessing game at how many retails have what type of budget.

Stay the course, I know as much as anyone how frustrating this timeline has been. We've had nothing but positive decisions with another one coming up in the next few months (PTAB). Like I said, this stock is a solid hold if you are able to have your money tied up for a couple months, which I know first hand as a retail it can sometimes be hard. Also, if you sell wanting to get back in later remember about the capital gains taxes that you'll have to pay if you didn't keep that long.

Save your money and back up the truck for the PTAB decision or if it somehow miraculously goes down below .20 before the PTAB decision (I don't think it'll go that low, but we've all been wrong before).
