I'm not comparing Dow, I'm comparing reality, and the reality is that you haven't done it until you've done it as Dow found out the hard way. If you think Dow spent $100 million without doing a lot of DD, I'm not surprised you don't understand that there is a bit more to scaling up than just having a piece of equipment or technology.
