$HIPH is STRONGER and MUCH HEALTHIER today than it was 2 months ago when it was at its 52 week high!!!

1) Acquisition of IP, Intellectual Property. As CEO, Ryan Fishoff states, “This acquisition and the ones in the pipeline will address the ‘technology gap,’ which should take the Company to the next level. 2) “$HIPH will begin selling this product through all its distribution channels. In addition, $HIPH is in advanced discussions with Canna Nano regarding a long-term partnership, including potential acquisition structures of Canna Nano by $HIPH.”

3) $HIPH is going to "expand the it’s reach into North America and the global investor market. Listing in Canada will allow the Company to access capital markets in a region that is more mature and experienced in the cannabis industry where there are established institutional investors in the space. It will also allow the Company to further establish its presence in the country to take advantage of distribution opportunities that will increase topline revenues. Over the past few months, the Company has acquired CBD and THC infused technology; having a presence in Canada will enable the Company to maximize the monetization of these assets in a country where recreational cannabis is fully legal."

4) Just a couple of weeks ago, $HIPH announced it has signed and finalized a product license and sales distribution agreement with Canyon Create Corp. with various proprietary CBD products.

5) $HIPH announced in the past 2 months that it “is planning on utilizing the CBD formulation to create stronger, more potent beverages, utilizing 15-50mg of CBD, which will complement its existing CBD beverage line which currently uses 3mg per 16.9oz bottle. These formulations give the Company a foothold in three distinct categories: energy, CBD and THC. These categories will be the three pillars of the LALPINA brand going forward.” This will be ANOTHER NEW PRODUCT and it’ll be extremely successful!

6) Fishoff has outlined a plan to focus on the core markets of NYC, L.A., Miami and Las Vegas initially based on their market size and managements ability to execute in those cities.
