somewhat generic by design. I want others to do their own DD but I also want to help point them in the right direction. I own a section in Weld county and have sub surface rights to several wells as well as pooling leases. Being here helps as I am exposed to these companies first hand and know what BBL prices they need to achieve to be profitable . not to mention have many friends in the oil business from frack crew members to land managers too condensate haulers to frack tank movers both here and in Texas. I know where the equipment bull pens are as I grew up here. I see what the infrastructure is for the major drillers here. I'm not here to hate and I have even made a few bucks from trading PED. I do feel it necessary to give a prospective to others as to the actual size of this company and what its function has been here and in other fields. the most modern companies with the most current well technology are profitable between 30 and 35 dollars a BBL. so when oil is 42 bucks its tough for companies that have older wells that are nearing being capped.
