So, you're okay that this Defrancesco guy(Who is part of Scythian, and Aphria) set up shell companies and bought something, sold it to himself at Scythian at 10's of millions of a mark up, then sold it to himself again to Aphria, at another tens of millions of a markup? All within days to weeks of each other.

This is all information you can look up yourself. You don't need a short seller presentation to confirm this. I have looked it all up. It checks out. The 3 LATAM companies were all called Delavaco just days before he sold them to himself at Scythian. Go look it up yourself. Save yourself some money.

You still believe in management? You believe that they have your interests at heart?
Especially when they just did the exact same thing with Nuuvera?
