From what I have (personally) seen, their execution, market penetration, and consumer retention is slightly superior to all other similar MSO's emerging recently. (Slightly in some cases, substantially in others).

If I had to say, I'd say I find them much less incompetent than quite a few others. Starting material (flower) can vary, but this is more a matter of cultivation staff which can be replaced any time for rapid turnarounds, so this isn't something I deem as significant as many.
