Here's my take on PPS ........

Obviously, long-time shareholders who are frustrated are capitulating and calling it a day with SPRL. Luckily for me, I don't fall into this category.

Shares ARE falling into much stronger and confident hands. I look for many others to arrive on the scene very soon.

Overall risk at this level is far far lower right now than 85% of other penny stocks that are available for purchase.
