From what the prior updates say, the device(s) will be purchasable either as B2B (wholesale around $1-2 per unit) or B2C (retail for around $10 per unit). In any the device(s) is consumer oriented, and will be trademarked and patented.

Notice at the end, the text specifically states "... will additionally apply for a series of Trademarks to USPTO to register and protect the brand names and logos, as applicable. ..."

Tells me there are two, or more, devices.
