Yep - Them's are some 'o the other catalysts I was trying to call to mind :

There ARE many :

Sessions is gone,
The Feds have gone neutral,
Aphria and others are fading from view
Big Alcohol and Tobacco's stepping in !

The Farm Bill's soon to be "in line" and
Trade Wars have reportedly been easing up....


And yet the Sector's factored in few if any of those . . . .



Weird.
