andrewflying I think Solomon has the money to pay a cash dividend but that it may be lower than 5 cents. I don't think he would have repeated the referece to the cash dividend after the quarterly report if he was unable to pay it. It would have been very stupid to make such a promise and be proved wrong a few weeks later.
