No overhead. My goodness, he brought his stuff in a brown paper bag. I've been told that Tom's office is 1000 square feet. Bare bones. He's not even getting paid. How many of us believe that much in our cause? If you ever wanted someone minding your store, he is the man.

My strategy is long term. I don't worry about anything, especially timing. Sit back and wait. Let Tom do the worrying. Be happy. ;)
