Doh!

I think APHA executives would have had a better chance to prop the stock up if they said...


1. We got scammed!

2. We are going to try to rescind the agreements!

3. We will litigate to recoup any loss to shareholders!

4. As a gesture that we have faith in APHA we are going to buy over 3 million shares in APHA stock with personal funds!

5. We have agreed to submit any further acquisitions to be vetted by a well known North American consulting company!

All IMO....

I think this goes to $3.50, ANY negative news in MJ sector and this one is going to take a pounding...
