Bad enough to spend $75,600, but not bad enough to kick in the extra $540 to go a penny more? I don't know how much is offered at $1.41, maybe they'd have to go to 1.5 to get 54k at market.
Any thoughts on tax selling? Maybe a few who got shares at $2, but I'd think the vast majority of shareholders are holders at this point. I wouldn't classify business as booming, but steady and solid. I'd really like to know what insiders own on CIBH.
CIBH needs to go private or get sold or hop up to the nasdaq or nyse once the preferreds are taken care of.
