Agreed. The RS...if it happens, is a way for them to try again on the pathetic S1 by up listing. I'm pretty sure, they will need to maintain a certain PPS in order to be uplisted. So that could take some time. Management is the only people that will benefit here. Like always.

If, and that's if....they do maintain the share price long enough to up list this garbage, and it is allowed, they file the S1....again, GHS will purchase shares way below actual value....dilute who ever is left into trips all over again, so GHS can make money off SBFM
Keep in mind or reiterating.....the 10mill is NOT a set number. Its UP TO.....this is all a 100% scam, a shell company with no feasible plans or ways to achieve plans.

SBFM is simply a shell, which provides a few con artists a way to make money while doing nothing. All IMO.
