I think SHLDQ Sears is a prime example of how an insider investment firm can destroy a company. Sears is much bigger than this and look at them.... filing for bankruptcy. Will be interesting on the judges take over whether or not this type of business dealings should be considered legal. Companies like this one doing the same thing may end up taking a hit if they find this is against inside trading rules.
