KEN ADESSKY - GCEI's largest shareholder, ex-CFO and founder, found guilty by the Quebec Bar Disciplinary Council for misappropriating shareholder funds. Charged with misappropriation and fraud by Court of Quebec. The conviction was overturned on a technicality, not the substance of the charges. Hasn't purchased a single share;

EARL AZIMOV - founder and second largest shareholder. Check out his trail of failed OTC companies.Hasn't purchased a single share;

STEVE MANN - CEO, hasn't done a single deal since he was hired in 2012. Hasn't purchased a single share.

PAUL WHITTON - director, owns just 50,000 shares. Hasn't purchased a single share in 7 years;
