Bocx has ONE license agreement with Abbott. Now think, is having only ONE license giving them an effective exclusive?

One = One
One = an exclusive

It may not remain an exclusive if he can convince someone to pay equal royalties but right now, Abbott is the exclusive licensee.

Hence, read my lips, they effectively have an exclusive license.
