Dan Byrnes attempted, fraudulently, to have a Net Smelter Royalty on SRSR's Niobium property re written by the original prospector, John Rapski, so that Dan and friends got the Royalty.

Rapski refused to this improper conduct.

Just another reason NOT to have Dan Byrnes associated at all with CCAN management.
