It is exactly how it feels now: just a press release leading to nothing.
That's all it will ever be.

Most google searches for Nortus and Angola leads to the press release from Siaf. No website? Nortus had only one employee? That's why they said "private company"? :)

One of the video in the link you posted is about Mexico.

In the press release it says "conceptual plan of Sino Agro's Aquafarms 4 and 5". Tri-way they mean?
