No it didn't...

On my black charts, I can zoom in...

To show just one day of a daily chart, and we closed just a fraction above the 50DMA...

stockcharts.com shows it right at or just above the 50DMA too:



Anyway, it's not a factor anymore as today's PR trumps any Technical Analysis we could do...

The strength of that PR should create a gap up on Monday at the open because there's a lot of people that won't read it until they get home from work today...

Plus the fact that this news will be spread like wildfire all weekend on all of the message boards and investment websites that deal with Pinkies...

One rule I know that works well is: Volume preceeds movement...We got the Volume today that qualifies (today had the most volume since Sept. 27th), and the Fundamental Analysis and Investor Sentiment has moved dramatically from extremely negative before lunch, to exhuberance after the PR...

The really big investors will probably wait to see the AF's and read them carefully before jumping in big, but there should be a slow and steady climb up next week in anticipation of events that should soon unfold...

I'm thinking the reason they didn't released the AF's today was they'll be announcing a Reverse Merger with Consultech soon, and that will require a new Cusip and CIK# before they can publish the AF's on EDGAR...That might take another week to accomplish...
