Not big on following news articles as part of my trading plan, but figured some would love to read this.

"Denver-based New Age Beverages Corp. (Nasdaq: NBEV) acquired Utah-based Morinda Holdings for $85 million, company officials announced Monday. The deal, which is expected to close before Christmas, will allow the combined business to push its lineup of cannabis-infused drinks into Asian markets"
