Going back to what I said about opening the 3rd Giggles and Hugs near Disneyland even if it cost $2 million dollars in this area.

This location alone will reap in more profits than the other two locations combined in my opinion, and also the exposure of the restaurant/concept to new potential franchisees and investors.
