Please note that HHSE no longer files these financial reports with the SEC, as it once did.

One must ask why does HHSE no longer file with the SEC?

Clearly shows they stopped filing in December 2015.
NO SEC FILINGS FOR 3 YEARS.

Does it make sense that a company that stops filing with the SEC is more or less likely to file a Form 10?
