No one received Illia shares

Illia is a privately held company and Fred and crew must never ever be allowed to take it or any other company public again.

That's one thing everyone can and must agree upon. The funds invested in EDIG are lost forever- that is fact.

Whether there was fraud and/or negligent mismanagement- those issues are hotly disputed.

I submit that there was fraud and neglect.

I also believe that the wrongdoing is likely not actionable because the costs and risks of protracted litigation outweigh the potential benefits.

But once again, we all can and should agree, that Alfred Falk and crew never be allowed to harm the public again.


Is there anyone who thinks Falk should be allowed to take another company public or lead a public company?
