This is not a rubber stamp disclaimer. it SPECIFICALLY spells out the companies involved with some very REAL concerns..

So yea, getting back in on this stock is a definate MAYBE for me. gotta see that quarterly 1st. Getting in now or anything near this shareprice is a definate NO
