Looking through the filings I don't find any warrants, options, convertibles, or bought deal shares anywhere near this low.

Can you find where they issued shares anywhere near this cheap in the last year?

There were some in 2017. I would think those were converted and dumped when the price was way up there months ago.

At SEDI I see a little insider selling a couple weeks ago at higher prices, but nothing since.

No excuses. Must be getting short sold like the rest of the sector.
