As a recently elected director of a public company, I'm still learning the ropes on insider trading. I do nothing without consulting the corporate lawyer. I can tell you there are large parts of time that I cannot sell (or buy) shares in the company in which I am a director (the same goes for all senior management).

The basis for this is if I know anything that hasn't been publicly announced that could impact the company (the stock) in any way, I cannot trade based on that information

Btw the other has been addressed to nauseum CONCERNING KA & he Resolved all issues with the bar back in Dec.2017..He was CLEARED,HE WON ETC.

In the company's view the resolution of this matter in Mr. Adessky's professional life has allowed the Board to take the actions it feels are necessary to recoup damages done to the Company and its' shareholders.
