InfoAssistant Performing Due Diligence

InfoAssistant has been asked by management of AFPW to consider helping with shareholder communication for AFPW.

The role of InfoAssistant is to understand the perspective of company management and to convey this to shareholders in a straightforward manner, based on facts.

The goal of this process is to remove misunderstandings either by shareholders, or by management. It is a fact of life in the OTC Markets that management in this environment sometimes contribute to their company's own problems by disseminating information that is contradictory, incoherent, misleading or irrelevant to shareholders. However it is also true that company management can be misunderstood in discussion boards because of discussion strings that misrepresent the facts or ignore legitimate resources of information.

In the case of AFPW it is clear that there is much opportunity for the company to improve its reporting performance to shareholders. The fact that AFPW management has contacted InfoAssistant to possibly assist is a good sign for AFPW shareholders. It means that management is serious about coming to grips with its communication shortcomings and wants to accomplish things in reality.

InfoAssistant is not a stock promotion operation. We hold no shares, are not compensated in shares, and have no way of benefiting from trading in the shares. What InfoAssistant seeks is a growing reputation of being effective in giving management a way to communicate with its shareholder community on message boards, but also to hold management accountable to be accurate and relevant. As you can imagine, this requires some "dynamic tension", to put it politely, because InfoAssistant will only post what it believes to be true - and thus asks company management questions about the firm that "stock promoters" would not bother asking, or would rather not even know.

InfoAssistant is performing due diligence on AFPW currently and has the consent of management to let this be known. Even by itself, this is a positive development for AFPW.

I am certain that management would like to thank its present shareholders for their interest and support as this information initiative is contemplated.

Respectfully,
IA
