Fortunately, Juniors Preferreds are EQUITY just like commons and ranks above, on top of commons and has to be paid 100% before commons even see a penny. I agree that we are both fortunate that both are equity. Equity like Preferreds will be fine. It is just a matter of what will the conversion rate be for Ps and Cs coming out of C-ship.
