Think this is doomed until Mark fixes the issue of the attempted conversions. He mentioned it in a tweet, somebody tried to convert and the conversion was blocked.

Is that note valid an under what conditions? Was that something he didn't even notice when he purchased the company?

This also relates to the delayed change in name and cusip. Change won't be approved until everything is clarified.

Well, that's my theory for this price for this long.

IMHO

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
