The "delay" in starting was so Major Drilling could verify/modify the drilling plan to meet their criteria.

18 days of verifying and modifying? LOL....I seriously doubt that is the case. A one hour meeting or phone call to discuss the drill plan with the driller would have sufficed.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
