1) Great Deal! Why? We lose nothing, but gain OWNERSHIP in the Apple Rush Line and the Company itself with its extra revenue stream into the new company. So we have only to gain here.

2) Does not matter for me since I am LONG on RSHN.

3) Does not change now, but have to see. I may buy more of the new company's shares.

4) Affect to daytraders: They will all buyin the say before or on that the share holder of record date. Shorters will have to cover because it they are short, the sohorteres have to come up with the divy which creates a double wammy in their pockets. MMs: See Shorters' answer. Investors: See answer to Q Number 1.
