This Scam of a company should not be on the market.. If you have shares Like I do. You Should Call the FTC (1-877-382-4357 and the CSA SECRETARIAT [phone]. I just spoke with TD And told them they should not allow companies in like this and that they should have some type of protection layer so that a company can not just up and go without the share holders deciding there own fait. they NEW AGE BRAND INC. Is still trading on the canadian market. with a new company name which means the name cahnge should be on the NYSE. after 2 weeks but it's not! all forms of contact with this company is fake! So call these numbers and file a complaint. and hopes we get some outcome.
