With a model of "more you sell,more money you loose",the belated promotion is strategic and by design,achieving a perception of selling,and a reality of not pushing merchandise(lost leaders) out.Most likely,they are struggling for profit margin,not market share anymore,and this is why I believe IGroumet q/q revenue would dip down -5% or $3.4m in q4.
ps-I noticed their best sellers are LOWER PRICED items.
