I got an email response from Jay Hutton current CEO. He states the following:

I currently occupy a board seat and CEO role in an inactive TSX.V issuer. It Is transitioning now as a deal is concluding restructuring. I will conclude my service as CEO at this time and a new management team will takeover.
This company is 18 years old and I have been on the board since inception. I have also served as CEO two different times.
