Without looking into the details of the agreement it appears that he bought that 8+m shares at a little over 4 cents a share... So he is down nearly 50% on his $350k investment... I am sure many who bought and held on that RM announcement run-up is down more than that...

I can wait forever...going nowhere...in fact once my shrimp boat comes in bigger I may buy more of this little RM gem!!!!
