I agree, Magniant is very real.

I am almost 100% sure that ENDV has sold Magniant the rights to SofPulse in exchange for paying off the $1.5m note. Read their agreement and tell me what you think?

Those that have spoken to IR are getting the sense that some arrangement has occurred but will not confirm that the note has been paid off. Very shady!

Looks like we may get an 8k and PR in the next day or two with more information, but I am getting the sense that whatever has occurred will only harm the shareholders.
