When you say that the release date will be announced through a public financial statement, are you referring exclusively to bi-weekly PR’s?

The filing of the 10-Ks and 10-Qs press release will be in addition to the regular bi-weekly press releases.


Has the status of the financial filings advanced in the last week?

This information is covered by the quiet period.


Will the 10Q be filed at the same time as the 10K’s?

Yes.
