As I have written several times......
Solomon have already said that he will resign.
The whole carve out/distribution is designed for that to happen.
You can believe that everything is a lie, or read and listen to what is already planned and wait for it to materialize.

So the 5c dividend is the first step....then the dates for the TRW distribution......then......
