IMO management was on here pumping earlier this year, thats how this whole JV pump came to be, they wanted to build a bid so they could dilute, thats why when you guys finally saw a bid, it was eaten up the same day, dilution. Its just my opinion I could be wrong, but is interesting and you would agree if you go back to May/June of this year and re-visit the whole JV pump.
