For anyone interested in these types of plays...or if anyone has any info on this one pls share. Rhonda K/Small cap compliance...back a few months ago acquired custodianship of the shell PIVN ...just recently it was filed in the court that she had terminated custodianship of PIVN...Otc markets updated officers of PIVN in the last 2 weeks...Douglas Disanti Who is CEO of Green Leaf Investment Fund...and now shows share structure verified as of 11/28..which is very nice. The website of Greenleaf investment fund was taken down last Friday and now with Google searches you can see where the header is changing and the name NEON BLOOM seems to be coming into play. Also Greenleaf investment fund appears to have just sec filed the form 1z or z1 that looks like it's the exit of the RegA they had open. Looks like a reverse merger well underway. Here is a video of Douglas Disanti from a year ago. This one looks interesting if all is legit...anyone have any other info?
