I hope this is not another CAFS* where somebody posted the wrong company merging and it ran from 2 cents to 30 cents last week and now back to 2 cents upon realization. Lol

The company name was Bioquest Corp
which people thought it was some midsize pharmaceutical company that made 28 million rev.

Yet turns out it was a new company using the same name that just bought a new domain.

Are the Chinese just using the name worry free tea holdings to make their own products?

What makes this situation different is many companies can have similar DBA names. However, naming your product line the same as somebody else’s would be really stupid and against copyright and trademark in certain countries.

So let’s hope they are authorized to use this ticker on behalf of the hopefully the company we want merging into this.
