If APDN is folded into a friendly acquisition, it won't matter if Hayward stays or goes. Shareholders will get their buyout bucks and that will the end of the story. Of course, Hayward could roll the dice and take stock instead of cash for APDN, but this is his last rodeo, so why would he?

If we get more than $5 bucks I'll be shocked. That would 30x annual revenue. That's absurd for a company that has never been profitable, but we can always dream.....
