The only real bad thing about that statement that he came out with is the fact that he said 36 months to turn in restricted shares if I read that correctly. It's kind of pointless.. I guess he is hoping on the mind to produce all that amount of gold within 36 months. That's what my guess is. And my other guesses that the prince is going to give him money to open the mine.
