you know the company only files the financials and disclosure documents on a quarterly basis. They never filed an 8k so bring up 8k is meaningless. They said they would file the contract with the 4th quarter and it's supposed to be posted to the india website.

The company plans to file the contract with iMD’s fourth quarter financial statements and the contract is expected to be published on the government website in approximately four to six months.



Unfortunately people will have to wait for that. If it doesn't show up then there it is. lol
